That tomato jam looks fantastic--I had my first *real* (as in juicy, sweet) tomato of the summer this week and it was fantastic.

You asked about pupusas--they are basically a corn dough disk stuffed with cheese, beans, pork, or whatever. They are fried and then usually served with some kind of slaw. They are not good for you, but delicious.
