Lovely roasted red peppers!


wowza, there seems to be quite a bit involved in this! although roasted red peppers tend to do mean things to my digestive system, this looks too good to pass up. and great idea, picking a recipe from the paper to make each week--i'll definitely tune in!


You are so lucky to have a food section worthy of reading. I have to subscribe to the NY Times food section online to get anything worth trying. Ours is a piddly little thing.
