Heirloom Tomato and Zucchini Ragout - Follow up..

I just have to jot this down quickly...

A big thanks to Kristen who helped me solve the "mystery of the cookbook."

Here it is... just like I remembered it.

The book is by Anna Thomas who most recently wrote "The New Vegetarian Epicure"  in 1996.  She also wrote, as a follow up to her first book, "The Vegetarian Epicure, Book 2."

According to Kristen, there is a Mac and Cheese recipe in there that is to die for.  I think I might just have to buy a couple copies, one for me and one for my Mom...she'd get a kick out of it.
